Who we are
At Sherlock Home Audit, LLC (SHA) and Memory Care Services Academy, LLC (MCSA),
we are dedicated to helping Assisted Living Owners, Managers, and Administrators navigate
state compliance and providing specialized memory care services education for managers and
caregivers.
SHA specializes in mock surveys that replicate the Arizona Department of Health Services inspections, offering facilities a proactive approach to compliance. Our detailed audits cover operations, medical records, employee files, and environmental conditions, ensuring facilities identify deficiencies before official inspections and implement corrective measures with confidence.
MCS Academy provides specialized memory care education, offering the Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care (ADDC) seminar, designed for caregivers, managers and assisted living professionals. Our live Zoom and in-person sessions utilize auditory instruction, visual aids, collaborative exercises, active small group learning, and problem-based techniques to enhance engagement and retention.
